About Us
In late 2007, a small group of web developers decided to start a site that would provide source code to other web developers in hopes of making quality open-source code even more freely available. This became the first project, and work began on the user-generated code submission site.
Early on in 2008, progress slowed on the first project, but 2kt bought a number of existing websites and new domains for future development.
In April of 2008, the backbone of the first project, CodeSnips.com, was completed. The site was still not live, as testing uncovered some very serious bugs, but a launch date was within grasp.
